Reducing times

Hi, is there any way i can reduce significantly the construction times?

you can build Builder's Guild and upgrade it to higher level or you can use golds which can drain your money out of your pockets. The building time will take longer and longer when your units reach higher levels. They can take a day to finish. I tried not to use gold by building troops or defensive devices instead.
