Anything missing?

Alright guys the new forum look is completed. If there is anything that you feel is missing or that you would like changed, please post it in here so we can consider it. There will be a few add ons upcoming, such as a announcment bar which will sit between the home, calendar, etc links and the navigation bar above the red bar. Thank you.

i think the color is not nice... combination of red and gray is hurting eyes... well maybe it's just me...
